Who:

This workshop is aimed at managers who are responsible for leading their organisation’s implementation of NHS Test and Trace and considering the risk and opportunities involved. It is appropriate for Executive Directors, Marketing Managers and Data Protection Officers.

It will be most useful to people working in the arts, culture and heritage sector (including museums) and other visitor attractions – including those who run cafés, bars and restaurants.

What:

NHS Test and Trace and the associated government guides for the visitor economy and heritage locations offer guidance on how to operate as safely as possible under COVID-19.

NHS Test and Trace also introduces new expectations about the data your organisation will collect and hold. The government has confirmed that this is personal data and needs to be handled in compliance with GDPR. This session will focus on helping you understand what personal data you need to collect for NHS Test and Trace, how this interacts with GDPR, and the potential opportunities this presents.

What will you learn:

This workshop will cover:

  • What data you are required to collect for NHS Test and Trace
  • How you can manage the risks of handling personal data and be GDPR compliant
  • How you can use these requirements as an opportunity to develop your understanding of your customers and audiences and improve your marketing

All attendees will receive a resource list with further information on these topics.

Format:

The session will be a 90-minute workshop-style webinar with opportunities to work through some practical examples.
