In uncertain times, we need to be able to respond effectively… but respond to what? This workshop is designed to introduce those working at a senior level in marketing, audience development or engagement to scenario planning and developing responsive strategies which integrate new thinking and approaches.

What:

This masterclass will work through the process of scenario planning to inform how our audience engagement and development plans should respond to a range of possible scenarios, enabling you to change or evolve in light of a shifting environment. The scenario approach challenges you to consider your organisation from an external perspective, recognising what may impact your audiences as well as your organisation and helps you look to the future with a sense of practical confidence. The session will include a process or model to follow, inspiration and a range of perspectives, discussion of a range of practical responses and consideration of audience insight to help steer your own scenario planning.
