Adam leads on the producing of The Audience Agency’s events and conferences in the UK and internationally. Adam is experienced in producing events for the cultural sector, including curating and leading UK-wide arts industry CPD and training programmes. He has produced large-scale in-person events at venues including the National Museum of Scotland, Peltz Gallery, FACT, Picturehouse Central and Broadway Cinema. He has produced online events, exhibitions, and programmes for Birkbeck, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Centre for Cultural Value.

Adam is experienced in curation and working with artists. He founded and produces Pollyanna, a queer arts and cabaret project, delivering cabaret shows and major moving image projects touring to galleries including the Royal Scottish Academy, Fruitmarket and KINDL Centre for Contemporary Art. He founded and produces Edinburgh Artists’ Moving Image Festival (EAMIF), a video art project working with a range of organisations in Edinburgh. In recognition of both these, Adam won the Creative Edinburgh Leadership Award 2016. Adam also works as an artist and has created commissions for BBC Scotland / LUX Scotland and Talbot Rice Gallery and exhibited at Kunstmuseum, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Royal Scottish Academy and Museum of Contemporary Art. Adam is an Associate Lecturer at the School of Arts at Birkbeck and University for the Creative Arts. He is also a board member of Fruitmarket.

Adam studied BA (Hons) Intermedia Art at Edinburgh College of Art, University of Edinburgh and Foundation in Art & Design at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. Adam enjoys seeing exhibitions, films and theatre - plus going to escape rooms.
