Prior to joining The Audience Agency, Adrienne was Director of Arts Marketing Hampshire (AMH, later renamed Audiences South) and then the Audience Development South East programme for Arts Council England South East. Her specialisms in addition to audience development are diversity and evaluation.

At Arts About Manchester, Adrienne helped establish the NW Black Arts Ambassadors programme, sat on the steering group developing the original Family Friendly guidelines and helped roll out the first Test Drive campaign, targeting new audiences.

At Audiences South, she began to specialise in evaluation, working on Music Now and Find Your Talent, evaluating the decibel programme for ACESE and Eastern Rising for the Legacy Trust. Recent HLF work includes evaluation for the British Museum PAST Explorers project, the Mary Rose Trust, and AWF's Mandela 100 celebrations.

Adrienne is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and gained a CIM marketing diploma through the senior managers' fast-track course. She is an accredited audio describer, a member of the UK Evaluation Society, and has presented papers on evaluation at two annual UKES conferences.
