Isaac works on the quantitative research team, managing and gaining useful information from the Audience Finder databases. He works on the preparation of the Cultural Participation Monitor (The Audience Agency's nationwide ongoing panel survey of changing views about participating in creative and cultural activities), as well as analysing the resulting data afterwards. Isaac also helps to manage the interactive Sales dashboard on PowerBI.

Before starting at The Audience Agency, Isaac worked during the pandemic managing scientists at a large Covid-19 testing laboratory. He studied Zoology degree from the University of Manchester, during which time he completed a survey-based learning project. Isaac also did a placement year managing databases, and carrying out research, on European butterfly species.
