Jane is responsible for leading The Audience Agency’s marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement strategy, and growing the organisation’s profile and reputation.
Prior to joining The Audience Agency, Jane worked as a marketing consultant delivering projects for a range of cultural organisations including LW Theatres, the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, The Postal Museum and Art Fund. Jane has also held roles at leading arts organisations including the National Theatre and the Royal Opera House, and as Head of Marketing at the V&A, led the team that transformed the V&A brand into one of the most successful in its sector, generating record visitor numbers and income.
Additionally, Jane holds several voluntary and advisory roles in the sector and has spoken at conferences and seminars, on subjects including brand and organisational change, visitor research, and both corporate and exhibition marketing campaigns.
