Liam manages a range of projects with clients in the cultural and heritage sector to deliver a mixture of participation, audience development and place-based activities. This includes: devising research and evaluation tools, analysing and interpreting research findings, developing strategies and plans, writing reports and making recommendations, and designing and delivering community consultation. Liam is driven to encourage more people to participate in shaping the culture of their own community and is especially interested in how digital technology can broaden and deepen audience engagement.
Liam’s background is in visual arts. He originally trained and worked as an illustrator in architecture studios before moving into community engagement and museum education roles. Previous to joining The Audience Agency, Liam worked for one of Arts Council England’s Creative People and Places projects where he won international awards for digital arts campaigns he led. Later in 2021, Liam will be graduating with a Master’s in Business Administration and qualify as a Chartered Manager.
