Chris focuses on running the Audience Answers product service and heading up the customer success team. He works with organisations to help them understand and implement their audience insights while also working to develop organisations product services in an ever-changing cultural sector.
Before joining The Audience Agency in 2018, Chris worked at the marketing services company Impact Marketing for over five years and London creative agency, Cultureshock Media. Prior to this, he worked in marketing and front-of-house roles at various London-based arts organisations.
He has a Master’s degree in Creative & Cultural Industries from the London Metropolitan University and is based in the South East, but originally from Derby in the East Midlands.
