
Dr Fiona Wotton is a consultant strategist, researcher and creative producer with wide-ranging senior leadership experience in culture and the creative industries. Her work has also involved forming alliances with sectors including tourism, heritage, conservation, community development, health and education.
Her most recent role was Chief Executive of the Creative Kernow Group, a charity group which invests in culture and creative enterprise in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Prior to this she led the region’s Cultural Destination programme Cornwall 365 and developed innovative digital strands to enable data sharing and audience analysis.
Fiona is passionate about the role that data can play in empowering arts organisations to make their venues, programmes and products as equitable and accessible to the broadest audiences possible. Her research interests focus on organisational and ecosystem complexity and creative industry policy making and governance.
