Pamela Kent is an accomplished marketeer, strategist and cultural sociologist working with award winning, theatres, galleries and museums, across the UK; including Nottingham Playhouse, New Art Exchange and Worthing Theatres and Museum.  

With an honours degree in Social and Cultural Studies (University of Nottingham and University of Queensland, Australia), Pamela understands key methodological perspectives and data handling techniques. This has given her experience in developing frameworks for qualitative and quantitative data collection, research, and evaluation, and how to use data to drive organisational change.  She founded Pamela Kent Consulting in 2022, focused on supporting organisations to become strategy focused and audience led, including; Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival, Gate Theatre, Outside In Art, 2Faced Dance Company, Vincent Dance Theatre, and the Affordable Art Fair.  

Pamela is excited to be working as Audience Development Consultant with The Audience Agency and explore opportunities to work with arts professionals to make sense of their data, to generate the greatest impact and is particularly passionate about organisations that are focused on making the arts more accessible for all.    

As Regional Associate South East for the Arts Marketing Association and a Trustee for the Sussex Archaeological Society, Pamela continues to develop her skills and expertise and support others in the region and beyond.
