Cara works with arts, cultural and heritage organisations, providing project management and audience development support. As the Senior Consultant for Place, she has a focus on delivering projects efficiently and constructively, including writing reports and presentations, liaising with stakeholders, creating project plans, and monitoring the progress of deliverables.
Prior to joining The Audience Agency, Cara worked as a multi-disciplinary creative producer for over 10 years, realising projects programmes, events and exhibitions across music, fashion, art, architecture and audience engagement. Cara has worked with artists and creatives from across the UK and further afield, paying particular attention to nurturing emerging talent. Through exploring the potential for collaboration and new ways of working, she has developed projects in galleries, the public realm and high street cultural programmes with internationally respected organisations such as ARUP, Tate, Historic England, British Museum, RIBA and British Council.
Cara was the Visual Arts Programme Producer for Coventry City of Culture Trust and holds a BA in Theatre Dance from University of the Arts London. Cara is a public art enthusiast and enjoys DJ-ing and collecting vinyl records.
