There’s an acute need to share evidence about the state of touring, both to inform future support and to give organisations and individuals the best chance of success at this challenging time.
The Audience Agency has been tracking touring audiences for many years and are supported by experts in specific areas of evidence, such as MyCake on financial data, Data Thistle on events information. The team also includes associate consultants Deborah Chadbourn and Emma Dunton, who are very much ‘of’ the touring sector, as well as having deep knowledge of it.
But, at heart, this project isn’t about our expert view, but about drawing on the collective wisdom of the touring sector. We look forward to hearing from a wide range of perspectives, and to discharging the responsibility of distilling and synthesising them, for what we hope will be the whole sector’s benefit.
