Based in Swansea, Nancy oversees the delivery of a wide range of cultural consultancy projects and manages the Audience Insight Wales programme on behalf of the Arts Council of Wales. As part of this work she provides audience insight, training and strategic support to over 80+ Welsh cultural organisations and in 2021 curated Wales’ first Audience Insight Wales conference, a two-day bilingual event bringing together delegates from over 60 Welsh arts organisations.

Her recent consultancy projects range from evaluation (the National Slate Museum redevelopment project, Swansea Cultural Services, Articulture, Glynn Vivian Art Gallery), community engagement (NoFit State Circus, Morriston Tabernacle), market potential analyses (St Davids Hall, Swansea Council) and bespoke visitor research (National Companies Wales, Amgueddfa Cymru and Awen Cultural Trust among others).

Prior to working at the Audience Agency, she lead on marketing and strategic audience development in a range of venues, festivals and touring companies, spanning music and performance, contemporary visual arts and independent cinema. She holds an MA in Art History and Medieval History from St Andrews University.
