Our approach is to help you understand who your audiences are, who they could be, and then to develop ideas and ways to realise that potential.
As well as doing the heavy-lifting in audience research and data analysis, we also help organisations involve people in their community, build a meaningful segmentation or framework, or bring colleagues and partners on board. We then work with you to put plans into practice, to track their success and adapt them over time.
Know your own strengths: Realise and evaluate what you already know about your audiences in order to develop a holistic strategy, embedded with mission and purpose.
Understand your audiences: Using evidence - start with profiling your audiences, build a picture of their arts and culture interests and understand what makes them tick.
Consult with your audiences: Get together with your audiences, and find out about their interests, preferences and needs and test out ideas.
Build an audience profile: Develop an overview of those you engage and those you don’t yet, to create a segmentation profile of your organisation’s audiences tailored to your objectives.
Make a plan: Devise and develop your audience development strategy. We can produce, facilitate or mentor your organisation’s audience development planning.
