Nia joined Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales back in 2019, joining as Digital Content Editor. The following years became quite transformative for the Museum in the creation and delivery of Digital Content. In 2023 Nia became Digital Content Manager and has since been overseeing the work of the Content Team, managing web development and co-ordinating digital projects within exhibitions and events.
Nia’s journey into digital began at Brighton University whilst study Digital Management and Production. Since then she’s worked within Digital teams across multiple sectors in Wales, including Media and Education before moving to the Museum sector.
This is the third Lets Get Real cohort Nia has been involved in, having previously participated in Lets Get Real 10 Years on in 2021 and Lets Get Real 10: Using Digital to Add Value.
