Client Strategy partner for the Membership and Visit Sector. Also chairs the LGBTQI+ Employee Resource Group and member of BIMA DE&I. Richard is accountable for driving positive impact and change within the culture sector and is a committee member of the BIMA, DE&I and will launch BIMA pride 2025. He focuses on ensuring that the delivery design, content, and technology align with the principles of User Experience. His key focus is on improving engagement both online and on-site through effective content delivery, redefining  membership propositions with the user up front and centre. Rich collaborates  with galleries and museums, challenging and learning from each other to  collectively improve their relationships and create brand loyalty.
