Focused on supporting organisations with devising practical data driven strategies, Zoe’s role includes the development of marketing and audience development strategies and feasibility studies for the local authorities, museums, galleries and theatres. She also leads on business development within The Audience Agency’s research and consultancy team.
Recently Zoe has worked on feasibility studies for Oxford University; Taunton and Deane Council and Sunderland Culture to inform business and audience development strategy development linked to capital investment projects. Other key projects include Cultural Destinations Stoke-on-Trent & North Staffordshire; British Ceramics Biennial’s multi-year evaluation; Creative People and Places programme Appetite’s evaluation; and membership reviews for The Art Society and The Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal. Zoe is also a visiting lecturer at Staffordshire University on the Tourism and Events Management course.
Prior to joining The Audience Agency, Zoe worked in senior arts marketing and management roles across the sector including: The Lowry, Wolverhampton City Council, British Ceramics Biennial, and Mitchell Arts Centre.
She has a degree in the History of Art and Design & English Literature from Loughborough University, and MA Museum Studies from Leicester and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing.
