Drop In Sessions

These one-to-one sessions are a great opportunity to chat to our team about how we can support your organisation’s specific needs. Whether you need help understanding your audiences more generally, or with planning for an upcoming project or reopening, our team are on hand to help.

Sessions are available to anyone in the conference and cover all levels of support from those looking to begin using data for the first time, to those looking for advanced solutions.

Dates: Wednesday 12 May, 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

What:

Meet with a member of our experienced team in a 30-minute session to talk to you about your organisational requirements. This could include specific Audience Finder questions, support required for reopening, using datasets mentioned during the conference or wider research and consultancy support.

This session is taking place as part of Audience Insights Conference Wales, a two-day online event that aims to help organisations inform their thinking as they emerge from Covid restrictions and consider the long-term impact on audiences. Find out more about the full conference here.

Format:

30 minute one-to-one surgeries. Once you have booked your slot, you will be sent a confirmation email, calendar invite and a link to a Teams call. You do not have to download anything to join this call.

These sessions can be booked through Swapcard, our main platform for the conference. Further information on how to book these will be sent to everyone who has booked a place at the conference.

Access

All sessions will have live transcription in English by a speech to text reporter/palantypist. BSL interpretation and other access requirements can be requested in the booking form and will be provided where possible. Please book as soon as possible to allow time for arrangements to be made.

Gallai hyn gynnwys cwestiynau penodol Audience Finder, cymorth sydd ei angen ar gyfer ailagor, defnyddio setiau data a nodwyd yn ystod y gynhadledd, neu gymorth ymchwil ac ymgynghorol ehangach.

Cynhelir y sesiwn hon yn rhan o Gynhadledd Mewnwelediad Cynulleidfa Cymru, sef digwyddiad dau ddiwrnod ar-lein sydd â'r nod o helpu sefydliadau i lywio eu syniadau wrth iddynt ddod allan o gyfyngiadau Covid ac ystyried yr effaith hirdymor ar gynulleidfaoedd. Ceir mwy o fanylion am y gynhadledd lawn yma.

Cymhorthfeydd 30 munud personol. Ar ôl i chi gadw eich lle, byddwch yn derbyn e-bost cadarnhau, gwahoddiad calendr, a dolen i alwad Teams. Nid oes angen lawrlwytho unrhyw beth i ymuno â'r alwad hon.

Gellir trefnu un o'r sesiynau hyn trwy Swapcard, ein prif blatfform ar gyfer y gynhadledd. Anfonir rhagor o wybodaeth am sut i gadw lle mewn un o'r sesiynau hyn at bawb sydd wedi cofrestru ar gyfer y gynhadledd.
