Katie has over 18 years of experience as a consultant and strategist. She is an expert in using digital for audience development, digital evaluation and user behaviour.
Lucie Fitton, Head of Learning & Participation
Lucie has worked in engagement, training and learning roles of over 20 years, 15 within the cultural sector; she has key expertise in evaluation, participatory practice, youth and community engagement.
Our 3-hour Masterclasses are focused sessions in which you will both learn and participate. Guidance and insights from our experts are provided in an interactive session in which you will have the opportunity to consider and discuss your own individual situations.
