Catherine focuses on delivering bespoke consultancy and project management in the North of England and is The Audience Agency's lead for Classical Music. As well as leading on research and evaluation projects, she utilises data to advise on marketing and audience development planning. Catherine is an experienced project manager, facilitator, and audience development and marketing trainer.
Prior to joining The Audience Agency, Catherine was Head of Evidence and Engagement for All About Audiences, responsible for overseeing strategic projects, research and evaluation studies, and delivering consultancy to support organisations in their engagement with audiences. Before this, she was Audience Development Manager for Arts About Manchester.
Earlier in her career, Catherine was the Marketing Manager for Oldham Council’s Heritage, Libraries and Arts Service, working with Oldham Libraries, Gallery Oldham, Local Studies and Archives, Oldham Theatre Workshop, Arts Development and Tourist Information. Whilst working in Oldham, Catherine was responsible for the new £21m Oldham Library and Lifelong Learning Centre communications campaign and public opening event.
