Rosanna's role encourages clients to become more data-driven in their decision making. Through working 1:1 and across networks, supporting more of the arts and cultural sector to reach their audience development objectives and goals.

Working in Arts Marketing and Audience Development for over 15 years, Rosanna has varied arts venue-based experience. She lectures in Arts and Festival Management at De Montfort University in Leicester, her specialisms being audience engagement, cultural policy and placemaking.

Rosanna has a degree in English Literature and Media as well as a MA in Arts Management. Two of her favourite things in life are bookshops and buffets.
