We work collaboratively with venues, individuals, teams and - most importantly - audiences, to improve your ability to offer your visitors the best experience possible and understand what that would look like for them.
In Scotland we are working with Creative Scotland to introduce a system of standardised audience data collection, sharing and benchmarking for organisations working in the Arts, Screen and Creative Industries in Scotland. In Wales, we are working with Arts Council Wales to capture audience data and fulfil funding report requirements.
