As Head of Policy Research, Sophia delivers research projects and advises on cultural policy and strategy. Her clients have included Arts Council England, National Lottery Heritage Fund, Nesta, the British Council, the Royal Irish Academy and the World Cities Culture Forum, as well as local governments across England and Wales. Other areas of expertise include participation, digital strategy, business models and resilience.

Before it became part of The Audience Agency Group in 2018, Sophia was Design Manager for Golant Innovation. She is experienced at designing and delivering R&D projects, with a focus on innovation through user experience design. As well as working with arts, culture and heritage organisations, her clients ranged across the wider creative industries, with a focus on film, software, VR and immersive media.

Sophia has a DPhil in Modern History and an MSt in Historical Research from the University of Oxford. In her spare time she's working on a novel or two.
