The summer, in all of its wet and wonderful glory, is officially here and so are the season's findings from our nationwide Cultural Participation Monitor, which looks at changing views about engaging in creative and cultural activities through the time of Covid. Initial insights break down the pandemic's negative effects on wellbeing and the arts' role in alleviating that, examine the slow pace with which willingness to attend is picking up, and consider the potentially transformed landscape of local and digital engagement in future.
